Our standard rentals come with a daily mileage limit, which will be specified in your rental agreement. However, we do offer unlimited mileage packages for an additional fee. If you exceed the specified mileage without an unlimited package, additional charges will apply.

Basic insurance coverage is included in your rental fee. This usually covers third-party liability. However, we do offer additional coverage options, like collision damage waiver and personal accident insurance, for an extra fee. It’s advisable to check with your own insurance provider to see if you’re already covered when renting vehicles.

All our vehicles are regularly maintained and serviced. However, in the unlikely event of a breakdown or issue, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance. Please call the emergency number provided in your rental agreement, and we’ll assist you promptly.

The primary renter and any additional drivers added to the rental agreement are the only ones authorized to drive the rental vehicle. Adding an additional driver may incur an extra fee, and the additional driver must meet our rental requirements.

We operate on a ‘full-to-full’ policy. This means we provide you with a full tank of fuel at the start, and we expect the car to be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, refueling charges will apply.
