What do I need to rent a car from your company?
To rent a car, you’ll need a valid driver’s license, a credit card or acceptable form of payment, and you may be required to meet a certain age criteria, typically 21 years or older. Some premium vehicles or special locations may have higher age requirements.
Are there any mileage limits when I rent a vehicle?
Our standard rentals come with a daily mileage limit, which will be specified in your rental agreement. However, we do offer unlimited mileage packages for an additional fee. If you exceed the specified mileage without an unlimited package, additional charges will apply.
Can I pick up a car at one location and drop it off at another?
This service is available for select vehicles and has an additional fee.
Are your vehicles insured? Do I need additional insurance?
Basic insurance coverage is included in your rental fee. This usually covers third-party liability. However, we do offer additional coverage options, like collision damage waiver and personal accident insurance, for an extra fee. It’s advisable to check with your own insurance provider to see if you’re already covered when renting vehicles.
What if the car breaks down or I encounter any issues during the rental period?
All our vehicles are regularly maintained and serviced. However, in the unlikely event of a breakdown or issue, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance. Please call the emergency number provided in your rental agreement, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Can someone else drive the car I rent?
The primary renter and any additional drivers added to the rental agreement are the only ones authorized to drive the rental vehicle. Adding an additional driver may incur an extra fee, and the additional driver must meet our rental requirements.
What’s your policy on fuel? Do I need to return the car with a full tank?
We operate on a ‘full-to-full’ policy. This means we provide you with a full tank of fuel at the start, and we expect the car to be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, refueling charges will apply.
